David received his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University in 1974 and then moved to Alaska where he worked on the Trans-Alaska pipeline, the Corps of Engineers Moose Creek Dam and the City of Fairbanks infrastructure replacement. A Las Vegas resident since 1987, his experience includes the design of roadway and surface improvements, drainage structures, major utility infrastructure, subdivisions, commercial property, preparation of bidding documents, specifications, estimates, construction administration, and field inspection. He has 35 years of experience in the civil engineering field and is licensed in Alaska, Nevada, and Arizona.
Blayne received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Portland State University in 1999 and has been with Dwyer Engineering for 4 months. His experience includes the design of roadway and highway drainage structures, major utility infrastructure, subdivisions, preparation of bidding documents, specifications, estimates, construction management, and field inspection. He has 19 years of civil engineering experience and is licensed in Utah and Nevada.
Jason is an engineering graduate from Montana State University, 2003. He has been with Dwyer Engineering for 11 years and his design experience includes roadway design, subdivisions, utility design, grading and traffic design. He also has field survey experience and survey mapping experience.
Thomas is originally from Texas and moved to Las Vegas in 1990. His experience includes horizontal and vertical control surveys, boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking (layout of buildings, mechanical structures, industrial construction, highway, and bridge construction), Global Positioning System surveys, aerial mapping and water rights surveying. He has 40 years of experience in the survey field and is a licensed Land Surveyor in Arizona, Nevada & Utah.
